The Brian Center is a 60-bed not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in picturesque Fincastle, Virginia. Our goal is to provide the best in skilled nursing and rehabilitative services anywhere in the Roanoke Valley. Our entire staff is dedicated to fulfilling the unique physical, mental, and emotional needs of our residents.

Our nursing department is continually trained in the latest in skilled care, including wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and respiratory therapy. Our home is one of only a few in the state to offer ventilator and tracheotomy care to patients requiring assistance to breath. On each and every shift, you will find a registered nurse and a respiratory therapist eager to assist you; we are only one of a very select few who offer this type of care on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis.
